Quotes
Quotes are free and valid for 30 days. Prices are fixed for the scope in the written quote; any extra work will be agreed with you in writing before it starts.
Payments
Deposit and payment terms are set out in your written quote. Materials ordered specially for your job may be non-refundable once ordered.
Cancellations
Where a contract is agreed away from business premises, you have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to start within that period, you may have to pay for work already done.
Our work
We carry out work with reasonable care and skill. Decorative finishes are applied by hand, so natural variation in tone and texture is part of the finish. Please follow the aftercare guidance we provide.
