Modern Plaster Designs (“we”, “us”) is the controller of personal data collected through this website. This policy explains what we collect and your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
- Enquiry details you send through our quote form: name, email, phone (optional), the service you’re interested in and your message.
- Analytics data (only if you accept cookies): pages visited, device type and approximate location, collected through Google Analytics.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to reply to you and prepare a quote (lawful basis: steps prior to entering a contract, and your consent). We use analytics to improve the website (lawful basis: consent).
Who we share it with
Our website host (Netlify), which receives form submissions on our behalf, and Google (analytics, only with your consent). If you contact us through WhatsApp, your message is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t become jobs are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept for 6 years for tax and warranty purposes.
Cookies
We store your cookie choice in your browser so we don’t ask again. Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are set only after you click “Accept”. You can change your choice at any time using .
